Returns & Refund Policy
Each POPZEO artwork is made to order with care and attention to detail. Some pieces are also created especially for you through our personalized design service.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a production-related issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After reviewing your request, we will arrange a replacement or, when appropriate, issue a refund.

Personalized and Made-to-Order Products
Because our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind after production has started.
Personalized artwork cannot be returned or refunded after the customer has approved the final design.
Please review names, spelling, colors, and design details carefully before confirming your order.

Color Variations
Please note that colors may appear slightly different on different screens. Minor color variations are not considered a product defect.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.
